Dr. Karie is a veterinarian and mother to two beautiful children. Her two latest fur babies, Maui (sheltie) and Marie (ragdoll) are the best of friends. Her oldest fur babies Tink and Peter (rabbits) are enjoying their senior stage of life.

She brings extensive knowledge on pet nutrition, and end of life care. Dr. Karie began her career at the University of Illinois and has worked in multiple facets of veterinary medicine including mobile - house call work, end of life veterinary care, Industry, and clinical work. She is published in the Journal of the American Veterinary Association for her article:
